The facility has 6 floors, with 120 rooms, 2 conference rooms, a bar-restaurant, swimming pool and SPA. Immediately after contacting the company UNI-KLIMA, the engineers began the design. For Epidam we will use VRF CITY MULTI system with heat pump PUHY-P YKA, in device's ready version for protection from the sea salt. The devices are very efficient, with advanced noise control functionality. 18 such devices will be installed in the facility. PEFY-P VMS duct units in the amount of 120 pieces, of 40/50 capacities, will be installed as indoor units; PEFY-M VMA, capacity 100 in the corridors of each floor, a total of 6 units and 2 units of capacity 140 in the two conference rooms; while in the restaurant will have installed 4 high pressure duct units PEFY-P VMHS. All units very quiet during operation, with precise temperature control. Hotel ventilation will become the newest line of Mitsubishi Electric LGH-RVS Lossnay systems. Quiet and a perfect solution when it comes to ventilating systems.
