For this project they contacted UNI-KLIMA, one of our authorized selling points to design and implement the air conditioning plan. The hotel will have accommodation rooms, suites, bar-restaurant, swimming pool and rooftop bar. Engineers had to consider two main conditions. First, the quietness, very important when it comes to such objects; and energy efficiency. Both conditions were easily met by Mitsubishi Electric devices. After analyzing the project, the engineers decided to use the VRF CITY MULTI system, with the combination of the heat pump Y, and that of the Heat Recovery R2. A system with Only two-pipes, for simultaneous cooling and heating of the environment. At first glance the system has a number of benefits.
