For hotels there are some requirements, which are necessary considering that customer satisfaction is their main objective.
So customers want their air conditioner not to make noise, while investors want the air conditioning system to be as efficient as possible.
Considering these two objectives, the engineers of the company UNI-KLIMA drafted the HVAC plan for Privilege Hotel, which is located a few minutes away from Tirana in the suburbs.
The Mitsubishi Electric VRF CITY MULTI system with heat pump Y, PUHY-P as outdoor unit ; while indoor units are a combination of PEFY-P duct units and four-way cassette PLFY-P units.
Thanks to Mitsubishi Electric’s advanced “Low Noise” function, the user can choose between four parameters: 85%, 70%, 60% and 50% (values refer to ventilation speed). Noise reduction is configured directly from the outdoor unit control board.Also, many other parameters can be selected depending on the specific installation requirements, which makes Mitsubishi Electric products unbeatable.The 250 mm ultra-slim indoor unit offers tremendous flexibility especially if used in environments where low noise and compact vertical dimensions are a significant requirement.On the other hand, for the surface of the hotel were placed 2 outdoor units PUHY-P.For a four-star hotel, low noise levels are vital. At the same time reducing electricity bills is another factor to consider when selecting an HVAC system. The PEFY-P series offers precise room temperature control and high energy efficiency.
