The building of the non-public high school Luarasi occupies an area of 2,500 m2. “Luarasi” represents one of the first non-public institutions of higher education in the Republic of Albania, established with the objective of creating a center of excellence in education and scientific research. The institution’s development strategy, since its inception, has focused on the three basic directions of the academic process: Teaching, Scientific Research and Contribution to Society, as integral parts of the knowledge triangle.
As such, Luarasi wanted to provide the best possible conditions in terms of air conditioning and ventilation for its students and staff.
That is why they decided to contact UNI-KLIMA, one of our authorized points of sale, with many years of experience in the market.
After carefully analyzing the project, the engineers agreed with investors that they would use the VRF CITY MULTI system, the Heat Pump Y.The technical group started work.They mounted 10 PUHY-P outdoor units and 65 PEFY-P indoor duct type units, which have visible only the air grilles.PEFY-P is very quiet while working, and considering that quietness is a very important factor, makes it the perfect solution. In addition, the PEFY-P unit is thin (200 mm), which made it easily mountable.Heat pump Y, PUHY-P is characterized by high energy efficiency, with advanced noise control functionality, and quietness during operation.Ventilation of the building is very important. It increases the indoor air quality, which increases the comfort and productivity of both students and staff. An air-to-air heat exchanger of 38,000 m3 / h has been installed for this purpose.
