Pascucci is in its beginning of creating their newest project, the all inclusive hotel in Volga, Durrës.
For this project they contacted UNI-KLIMA, one of our authorized selling points to design and implement the air conditioning plan.
The hotel will have accommodation rooms, suites, bar-restaurant, swimming pool and rooftop bar.
Engineers had to consider two main conditions. First, the quietness, very important when it comes to such objects; and energy efficiency. Both conditions were easily met by Mitsubishi Electric devices.
After analyzing the project, the engineers decided to use the VRF CITY MULTI system, with the combination of the heat pump Y, and that of the Heat Recovery R2.
A system with Only two-pipes, for simultaneous cooling and heating of the environment.
At first glance the system has a number of benefits.
Unlike other systems, which use 3 pipes, the R2 system uses only twopipes, that brings: less installations = less work; less risk in gas leakage and higher flexibility. Also, the thermal energy that is collected during the cooling of the environment goes to heating another environment and vice versa. This in addition to being a very efficient solution, is convenient if some want to heat the room, and some want to cool it.Considering the position so close to the sea, Mitsubishi Electric devices, unlike competitors come in the option to be protected from sea salt. Thus, 3 PUHY-P YKA devices with capacities of 200/250/400, as well as 3 PURY-P YNW devices will be installed in the facility.As indoor units it was deemed reasonable to mount the PEFY-P and PEFY-M duct type in a total of 33 units, as well as a cassette unit with 4-way airflow directions and two floor units. All units very quiet during operation, with precise temperature control.The hotel ventilation will be done with the central wizardX system, very efficient, quiet and a perfect solution when it comes to air treatment equipment; 3 LGH-RVX devices will also be installed in the facility.In this way the new Pascucci Hotel will have not only the best air quality, but the highest energy efficiency and maximum comfort for every customer.t.
