Located in Golem, Prestige Resort is a large project divided into two phases. In addition to the hotel, bar and restaurant, the resort also has holiday villas, which are already completed.
The main requirements that investors had in mind when contacting the company UNI-KLIMA were energy efficiency and quietness, requirements for which air conditioners and Mitsubishi Electric systems stand out.
After studying the project, the engineers decided that the facility would use the VRF CITY MULTI system, heat pump Y. To cover the surface of all the villas, 5 PUHY-P units were installed.On the other hand, in order to preserve the appearance and decoration of the rooms, it was decided to use PEFY-P duct type indoor units.PEFY-P air conditioners have visible only the air grilles, so they are widely used in hotels, where the decor is a key point.When customers would to choose the Prestige Resort, investors did not want them to be dissatisfied with the noise that air conditioners would make during operation, so PEFY-P units were the perfect solution.Also, to have the best air quality, the engineers decide that it would be necessary to add a ventilation system. 7 Lossnay units were placed in the facility.Overall, Prestige Resort has one of the most efficient air conditioning and ventilation systems, reducing the annual cost of energy bills.
