Te Stela is one of the most special complexes of its kind, in which customers can find a wide range of services. The complex has a bar-restaurant, a meeting room, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center and SPA as well as 66 bedrooms offering the client comfort and relaxation during the stay.
And for this project the VRF system of Mitsubishi Electric was used, with the combination of the heat pump Y (PUHY-P) and the heat pump Heat Recovery R2 (PURY-P) as well as the PUMY-P YKM unit, so ‘te Stela’ will have indisputable energy efficiency and maximum tranquility during operation.
While in terms of indoor units in this project are used 96 PEFY-P channel units, thin (220 mm), which the technical group of UNI-KLIMA easily assembled. A perfect choice as the units are quiet during operation.Tranquility is a very important aspect when it comes to such complexes, as the comfort of the client is a priority for them. In addition, the investors are very happy with the system, as they do not worry about electrical bills
